3. How long is the first appointment?

Most initial visits are 45–60 minutes, depending on your goals and what needs to be addressed.

4. Does Dr. Jamie work with chronic conditions?

Yes. She regularly helps patients with long-standing issues such as back pain, neck pain, posture problems, headaches, digestive concerns, inflammation, and stress-related symptoms. 

5. Is treatment gentle?

Yes. Techniques include gentle adjustments- tailored to your comfort level.

6. Are X-rays required?

Not usually. If imaging is ever recommended, Dr. Jamie will discuss it with you first.

7. Do you accept insurance?

The clinic is an out-of-network provider. Many patients use HSA/FSA or submit superbills for reimbursement, which usually works.
