Jamie Elze D.C, AFMC.

n addition to being a dedicated Chiropractor, I am also an Advanced Functional Medicine Clinician, trained to look at the whole picture of a person’s health — not just individual symptoms. I take time to listen carefully, understand your concerns, and use a whole-body, patient-centered approach to wellness.

To truly heal, we must reduce stress on the nervous system and restore balance in the body. My approach blends chiropractic care with functional medicine principles by considering how the body, gut, diet, movement patterns, lifestyle, internal environment, and external stressors all influence your ability to feel well. When we understand how these systems interact, we can create clear, practical steps that support real, lasting results.

Before earning my doctorate, I spent 10 years as a well-established massage therapist, working with a wide range of clients and gaining deep, hands-on experience in relieving complex musculoskeletal issues. I completed my graduate degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic, where I trained in various safe, gentle adjusting techniques. I am certified in Physiotherapy and Corrective Exercise, allowing me to integrate movement and rehab strategies into my care.

My commitment to learning has never slowed. I’ve completed extensive post-graduate education in Functional Medicine and Clinical Neurology, including a rigorous Clinical Mastership Program under Dr. Datis Kharrazian, one of the world’s leading functional medicine educators. This training has expanded my ability to support patients dealing with chronic conditions using non-pharmaceutical, evidence-informed methods.

Today, I combine this diverse background — chiropractic, functional medicine, neurology, physiotherapy, corrective exercise, and years of hands-on therapeutic experience — to provide comprehensive, thoughtful, and deeply individualized care. My goal is to help reinforce healthy connections within the body and gut, support a more balanced nervous system, and empower each person to lead a stronger, healthier, and more confident life..

Molly Barnett, Psy.D

With over 20 years of experience in psychotherapy, I have witnessed the transformative healing power that arises from a strong therapeutic relationship. As a Master's level clinician specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy, I honed my skills in therapy and case management while working in community mental health settings. Driven by a passion for assessment, I pursued a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology to further develop skills in psychological testing and empower those I work with. I also serve as the Co-Director of Clinical Training for doctoral students at Psychological Services Center and provide disability assessments for the city of San Francisco.
My diverse background includes working with the LGBTQI+ community and extensive experience in treatment and assessment of trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, self-injurious behaviors, and family dynamics. I offer a supportive yet direct approach and am eager to collaborate with you to achieve your goals.
